I’ll hire the vendors, plan the details, decorate, coordinate it all… and you just show up and get married.

And honestly, this way nothing gets missed!

The stuff nobody thinks about when they get a quote! CLEANUP. 🧹

It’s not just decorating, setting everything up, making it pretty, and then magically disappearing. Someone has to break everything down, pack it up, clean up the mess, load the vehicle, unload it later, and put everything back where it belongs.

There’s A LOT that goes into an event that you don’t see in the pretty pictures.

The quote isn’t just for what you SEE. It’s for everything that happens behind the scenes, too.

“Why do weddings cost so much?!”

Well… because you’re hosting more people than you’ve probably EVER hosted in your entire life!

When are you ever feeding, entertaining, and taking care of 100–250+ people in one room? It doesn’t happen often!

Then think about everyone involved:

📸 Photographer
🎥 Videographer
🍽️ Caterer
🎂 Baker
✨ Decorator
🌸 Florist
💇‍♀️ Hair stylist
💄 Makeup artist
🎶 DJ
⛪ Officiant
🏛️ Venue and/or church

That’s a LOT of people taking hours out of their day to make your wedding happen.

So when you look at the big picture, it makes sense why weddings add up quickly. You’re paying for the time, labor, expertise, preparation, setup, and everything happening behind the scenes.

And THIS is why I recommend a wedding planner. 👏🏼

If you’re not a Type A person, I can almost guarantee you’re going to forget things you never even thought about.

I’ve seen couples forget who’s cutting a three tier wedding cake. I’ve seen people forget ice for the bar and never hired bartenders to make drinks for guests. I’ve seen couples have no plan for who is cleaning up at the end of the night or who is taking home the leftover food, alcohol, and cake for that anniversary tradition because THEY wanted to save a buck!

You have to think about before, during AND after.

There are so many little details happening behind the scenes that are easy to overlook when you’re busy getting married.

Stop trying to pull off something you’ve never done before. Paying the professional is what saves you the headache, the stress, and the things you didn’t even know you were forgetting.
