Update: All were grabbed! We’ll have more named varieties in the fall and spring available!

All the dahlias are finally planted! Well over 200 dahlia plants this year (a record for us)! 😅

To celebrate being done planting, I have excess dahlia tubers in the stand now. These are completely free and a small way of saying thank you and starting the 2026 season!

Most of these are unlabeled varieties but a few are labeled - names are on the bags. These are all quality tubers, I inspected each one for an eye but should be planted ASAP.

Tubers are out in the stand now and first come first serve. Stand is located at 20621 Co Hwy 13 in Audubon.

Happy planting! 💐

And we have the first bouquet of 2026!

A goal every year is to grow a few dahlias from harvested seeds to continue to get a few unicorns. Most of these from seed are not usable either with vase life, stem length or the blooms aren’t the best. I started a few seeds too early, but the first of these quick bloomers is the dahlia below and definitely a keeper!

The greenhouse is almost maxed out and counting down the days until everything is planted! Bouquets will be here before I know it, but targeting June for roadside flowers!

Greenhouse is getting full! 🌺 💐

I’ve planted so many new varieties this year and counting down the days until I’m able to share bouquets again!

It’s been a little quiet here the past few months… winter is our time to pause, slow down and appreciate the views. But behind the scenes, the growing has begun again. 🌱

The greenhouse is filling up with tiny seedlings and the first trays of flowers are officially underway. It’s always amazing how something so small turns into buckets of blooms in just a few months.

Trays are full of lisianthus, snapdragons, statuce, lavender and more! And that’s just our 10-12 week trays! The next weeks, we’ll really be filling up the greenhouse with trays of bells of Ireland, celosia, strawflower, cosmos, linaria, stock and so many new varieties! 💐

Spring is on the way, and I’m getting excited for flower season again. Stay tuned for lots more growing updates!

🌻 You may have noticed in the past — there haven’t been many sunflowers in the stand. I’ve tried some more complex varieties over the years and didn’t always love how they looked in bouquets.

Buuut… this is the year I’m stepping outside my flower comfort zone! I’d love your feedback as I’m (sorta) wrapping up seed ordering!

Let’s vote! 🌻
Would you be interested in sunflowers in the stand this summer?
👍 YES — absolutely!
👎 More dahlias (😅😂)

A sneak peak for some varieties we’re growing in 2026!

I have big plans and so many new varieties of some tried and true flowers (dahlias, zinnias, snapdragons, celosia, snapdragons and more) and branching out to try new flowers (such as sweet peas, rudbeckia, stock, and more).

I can’t wait to share some of the new dahlias we’ll have - a much larger selection of dark purples, deep reds and bicolors! I keep saying I’m done ordering Dahlias for the year, but that’s probably a lie 😂

Trying not to count down the days until Spring, but looking forward to sharing some flowers soon! 💐

And with that, we’re done for 2025!

I’ve said it each fall and this year isn’t different, every expectation I had was completely blown away! This was such a heart warming year and I’m so thankful for every single person that stopped by, reached out for a bouquet or just reached out to ask about flowers! I’m already looking forward to December when the first lisianthus seeds are started 😂

With a busy weekend, the flower gardens went from the before and after! A lot of the flowers were near the end of their life cycle and with having 100 + dahlias, I made the call to close it down to begin the process of cutting and storing these tubers! This will keep me busy the next few weeks.

Follow along the next week or so and I’ll post some tricks on how I process tubers!

Thank you, thank you, thank you for your support and can’t wait to see everyone in 2026! 💐

Last restock today, October 11th! 💐 🌺

The flower stand is stocked for the last time of the season! Bittersweet saying it - but I’ll be starting the process of digging up tubers and turning over the garden.

Thank you everyone for a season that again blew every expectation out the window!
