Looking for a gift for someone you love!? Give the gift of flowers! 💐

Give the gift of flowers this Christmas! 🌸

Looking for a gift that’s a little different this year? Give someone something beautiful to look forward to!

At Creekside Heritage Farms, we have two ways to gift locally grown flowers for the 2027 season:

💐 Flower Subscriptions
Give the gift of fresh, locally grown bouquets with our weekly or bi-weekly subscriptions. Flowers will be available for pick up at the farm. Delivery possible, please inquire.

🌷 Creekside’s Flower Pass
10 u-pick bouquets for the price of 8! That’s $160 for a season of flowers and $40 in savings. Use it throughout our 2027 u-pick season, share it with family and friends, or keep all those flowers for yourself!

Whether you’re shopping for your mom, a friend, a flower lover, or someone who deserves a little something special, flowers are a gift they can enjoy long after Christmas morning. 🫶

📍 Locally grown at Creekside Heritage Farms in Central Wisconsin.

Send us a message to purchase or ask questions! We would love to help you give the gift of flowers. 🤍
