Sometimes it's the little details that make a BIG difference. ✨
And sometimes those little details involve a whole lot of fabric hanging from the ceiling! 😅
For this event, our crew helped bring the ballroom to life with sweeping ceiling draping, an elegant balloon centerpiece, and touches of shimmer along the stage backdrop.
We love projects like this because they show how different decor elements can work together to completely change the atmosphere of a space.

Oh baby, what a dreamy day. ☁️✨

There’s just something extra special about baby showers—and getting to add a little Party People magic to days like this never gets old.

Because sometimes it’s not just about one balloon installation—it’s about creating an entire atmosphere. ✨

Built for Growth… and built one letter at a time. ✨

There’s something pretty satisfying about watching a message this BIG come together.
Our LED marquee letters are a great way to turn a company message, theme, name, or milestone into part of the event itself—and yes, we can create a whole lot more than just a few letters.

From load-in to lights on, here’s a little behind-the-scenes look at BUILT FOR GROWTH coming to life.
Have something you want to say BIG at your next event? We can make it happen.

We're pretty lucky to have a crew that never wants to stop getting better! ✨️🎈

There's always another technique to learn, another problem to solve and another way to make an installation better.

That's one reason experiences like GuildCon matter to our crew. It's a chance to step outside of our normal event schedule, learn alongside other professionals, test new techniques and actually practice the things that make us better designers and installers.

Then we get to take that knowledge right back into the events we're creating for our clients.

From shop floor to show floor. 🎈✨

At the shop, it might just look like a whole lot of half-finished balloons, color piles, and organized chaos.

What starts as unfinished balloons scattered around the shop eventually becomes the final look our clients and guests get to enjoy at the events.

A reminder that before the “wow” comes the workshop. 😂🎈

Create the magic. ✨
Pop the evidence. 💥
On to the next one. 🎈

There’s a lot that goes into every install — designing, prepping, loading, building, adjusting, and making sure every balloon is exactly where it needs to be.

Then the event ends… and suddenly it’s time to pop it all. 💥

Hours of work disappear in a matter of minutes, the space goes right back to how we found it, and all that’s left are the photos, videos, and memories from the event.

✏️ SHARPEN those pencils… it’s BACK TO SCHOOL time!🎈📚

We had a little fun getting ready for the new school year with these giant balloon pencil columns and a big splash of color!

Because apparently regular #2 pencils just weren’t big enough for Party People Events. 😂

Here’s to fresh notebooks, new adventures, and a colorful new school year! ✏️🎒
