For this beautiful milestone birthday, we filled the room with elegant gold touches and towering balloon centerpieces that brought height, sparkle, and just the right amount of celebration to every table. The oversized confetti balloons paired with rich gold accents created a timeless look that perfectly matched the importance of the moment.

This is not just another hourly position.

What is the coldest weather you would host an outside event in? 🌬️❄️

Yesterday at Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando, we faced freezing temperatures and some serious gusts of wind while setting up this stunning poolside installation. It looked gorgeous, but the behind-the-scenes was a real test of grit!

Where there is a will, there is a way. To make sure this show-stopping balloon arch stayed exactly where it belonged, we had to get a little extra heavy-duty.

Did you know? For outdoor installations, safety is our top priority. To counter those strong winds, we added a massive 80lbs to each base plate of the arch. It’s all part of the logistics that happen behind the magic to ensure your event stays visually stunning and perfectly safe, no matter what the weather throws at us. 🎈💪

We were absolutely thrilled to be part of the Bartow Chamber’s annual fundraiser! Partnering with Bartow Ford to bring this vision to life was such an incredible experience.

Our team went all out with a show-stopping 10-point red voile ceiling canopy that completely transformed the space. We also installed tons of fabric backdrops and added those signature Party People Events balloon accents to tie everything together. One of the highlights was helping the client hang their own massive, amazing backdrops: they were truly a sight to see!

We want to give a huge shout-out to the client for their stunning feather-topped vases and themed centerpieces. Seeing all these elements come together resulted in a spectacular atmosphere that really captured the spirit of the night.

Did you know there’s a whole science behind keeping your event looking perfect? 🌡️🎈

For this week’s Behind the Magic, we’re sharing one of the “secret” complexities of professional balloon decor: the relationship between foil balloons and the temperature.

When it gets chilly, foil balloons can appear to lose air: but they aren’t leaking! It’s actually the gas inside (air or helium) contracts and becomes more dense in the cold. As professionals, we have to account for these shifts to ensure that by the time your guests arrive, every installation looks crisp, full, and flawless. ✨

Creating the perfect balloon moment isn’t just about the design; it’s about understanding the environment, the materials, and the nerdy science stuff that happen behind the scenes. It’s the little details like this that separate a DIY project from a professional Party People installation.
