Thank you never feels enough for the support this community gives. Whether that support was monetary donations, stepping up to help run the different events, or a concessions shift, or stopping out and enjoying the tastes of the weekend, we appreciate you.

We wanted to make special recognition to 2 community members. First off is Edgar Gonzalez. Edgar wears many hats in the community and is always willing to lend his experience, talents and efforts to better wherever he can. Specifically within our organization Edgar has been a driving force in our fundraising efforts. We were excited to give him our "Friend of the Park" award this year.

Secondly we wanted to mention David Baltus. David was integral in the ordering, planning and logistics of EVERYTHING we did at the park. We miss him dearly. Together with the Auburndale Lions and his family we had signs put on the concession stands to honor his relentless efforts to better the community and the park. We loved getting messages and comments from people who saw the signs. He's the kind of person that makes Auburndale such a great community and we know he was smiling down on us this weekend.

If anyone feels inspired or interested to join our team, we'd love to have your help. Reach out. Message the page. Comment. Find any of the committee members and we'd love to share what we do and find a spot that fits your talents, interests, and abilities. Thank you again.
