A THANK YOU - A COMPANY UPDATE FROM AUBURN BLACK CARS
Over the past 2 years, Auburn Black Cars has grown from a local idea into a transportation company trusted by families, businesses, Auburn visitors and members of our community every week.
And we have you to thank for it.
As we've grown, we've continued to invest in the people, vehicles, technology and systems behind the scenes that allow us to provide the dependable, professional service our clients expect.
One of those investments is the addition of Usman Shah to our operations team, bringing 5 years of professional black car and limousine dispatch and operations management experience. Usman helps oversee reservations, scheduling, dispatch and the day-to-day coordination that keeps our clients and vehicles moving.
And Auburn's support has allowed us to grow well beyond where we started.
Many of you know that some of our earliest trips were from Auburn to the Atlanta and Birmingham airports. Those trips naturally led to transportation throughout the region, including the University of Alabama and Tuscaloosa, and eventually to relationships with trusted partners and affiliates in Birmingham, Tuscaloosa, Atlanta and beyond.
That growth eventually led us into the Birmingham market as well.
Today, we've invested in an additional dispatch facility at the Hoover Galleria, along with office space in Galleria Tower. This gives our team additional resources and centralized operational support for clients traveling throughout Auburn, Birmingham and Tuscaloosa—as well as those traveling to Atlanta, Birmingham and Montgomery airports and destinations throughout the region.
That Birmingham presence matters because so many of our clients already connect these communities. Some live in Birmingham and travel to Auburn. Others travel between Birmingham and Tuscaloosa. Many use us for airport transportation, business travel, game weekends, concerts and special events throughout Alabama.
And to those Birmingham and Tuscaloosa clients who first found us through Auburn—or have discovered us as we've grown into your communities—thank you.
None of this changes where our story began.

Calls are answered as Southern Black Car Group, the parent company we've formed to support Auburn Black Cars, Birmingham Black Cars and Bama Black Cars. That number connects directly to Usman and our reservations team, using new technology designed to reduce missed calls, slow responses and unnecessary voicemail.
If you're calling about a new reservation, you'll be directed to reservations. If you have a question about an existing reservation or a trip already in progress, you'll have an option for that as well.

We've also added more automation throughout the reservation process.
You can request a quote directly through our websites and receive a quick response. On your next trip, you'll also notice more of the information you need arriving automatically—including reservation confirmations, trip updates, driver information and vehicle details.
The goal isn't technology for technology's sake.
It's faster communication, fewer missed details and a better experience from the time you request a quote until you're safely at your destination.
