Dear Parents,

The week of August 17 will be our final week of summer sessions. I will be resuming Fall sessions beginning the week of September 7th after Labor Day. Due to the increase chance of infection with students returning to school, I will be continuing lessons via Zoom indefinitely. I understand this is not ideal for some students but it’s a precaution I feel is necessary for both students and my family.

Below is a list of days/times I will be available for lessons. Please message me your top 2 preferences and I will do my best to accommodate everyone. Lessons will be held on Tues/Weds/Thurs starting at 345 and ending by 630.

At this point I’m at full capacity. I am so grateful for my returning students as well as all my new students. I plan to increase my numbers come the fall so stay tuned. If you couldn’t get in for the summer sessions I may have an open spot for you come September. 🤞🏻

This amazing little pint size rockstar is one of my voice students. Grace came to me in hopes to work on an audition piece for the musical ”Matilda”. Grace worked so hard during her lessons. She naturally has a great ear and lovely tone to her voice so we focused on her dialect, some choreography and vocal projection.
I am so proud to announce, not only did she walk on the stage prepared and confident, she nailed her audition and got the lead role, “Matilda”!!!!
So proud of you Grace!

This super high spirited and exuberant young lady is Aubrey. Aubrey has a personality you can’t help but love. She too is an amazing student. She’s able to take in my kind, yet constructive criticism with a smile and the results after are staggering. She’s come a long way so far which makes me so proud of her.

We’ve been focusing on diction, enunciation of lyrics, timing as well as utilizing the powerful alto range I know is in there. We’re also using, what I call the “plugged in-ear” technique which allows singers to hear themselves better which means singing the pitch of notes accurately, rather than a bit sharp or flat. Singers with good vocal control can sing each note distinctly for the intended musical effect in a melody or harmony. This talented girl is on her way to having perfect pitch!!

Aubrey has so much potential and I can’t wait to see all her hard work pay off. She’s such a gem.
