The best place to be? Right in the middle of it.

Emma and Justin’s Harrington Farm wedding went from sunset portraits to a dance floor full of their favorite people. These photos make me smile all over again.

Uplighting adds a wash of color around your reception space. At Taylor and Marc’s Publick House wedding, it brought violet color to the tent’s white draping while their guests filled the dance floor.

Snow outside. Your favorite songs inside.

Rena and Chris’s winter wedding at Harrington Farm brought together snowy sunset portraits, a fireplace first dance and their favorite people.

Rena’s words afterward: “Greg made sure to play all of my favorite songs, and kept the dance floor packed all night long.”

A great dance floor starts with listening.

Your must-plays tell me what you love. Your do-not-plays matter just as much. On the wedding day, I watch the room and build from what your guests are responding to.

Kim and Justin’s Harrington Farm reception is a lovely example. As Kimberly put it: “He did a fantastic job reading the crowd and playing a great mix of music that kept guests of all ages out on the dance floor.”

This is what “we want everyone dancing” looks like.

Taylor and Marc’s Publick House wedding brought a full dance floor, glowing LED bracelets and a crowd ready to celebrate. The lighting set the scene. Their people made it a party.

That’s what I’m working toward long before the first song: listening to your ideas, getting the details right and arriving ready to give your people a great night.

Taylor & Marc's wedding was one of those nights where everything came together perfectly.

From the planning process through the last song of the night, the goal is always the same: make things easy for the couple and create an experience their guests will remember.

One of my favorite parts of Taylor's review was this:
