Five drills in their own slots, six batteries on the middle shelf, charger and circular saw up top — the whole cordless setup on one wall.

Drills hang nose-down so you grab one and go. Batteries all together so you can see what's charged. Charger at the top where the cords hide. It's a two-hour build that ends the daily hunt for a bit and a battery.

Built from plywood with basic cuts. If your drills are scattered across the shop, put them on a wall like this.

Full step-by-step plan is linked in the pinned comment.
