Ferguson Florist is dedicated to preserving a healthy and safe community and workplace for our designers and delivery drivers. In light of recent developments on the 2019 novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) and recommendations from our officials and florist peers, we are implementing the following new guidelines regarding the order and delivery of your favorite flowers in the Etowah County area. We will continue to offer the same high standard of design and service for all of your floral needs! These policies and recommendations are subject to change and will be updated accordingly.
Our Policies:
• Touch-less Home Delivery •
At the customer’s request, we are now offering Touchless Home Delivery. Our delivery driver will call to inform recipients that their flowers are out for delivery, offer an estimated time of delivery, and drop off the flowers around that time on the front doorstep of the recipient’s home. This limits face-to-face contact and offers a higher degree of protection for the driver and recipient. This may become a regular delivery procedure in the future, but for now this is a by-request-only free service. Please call to place your order at

• Touch-less Pick-Up •
At the customer’s request, we are now offering Touch-less Pick-Up for in-store pick-up orders. Park outside of our store location, give our shop a call to inform our associates that you are here, and we will bring your order out to your car for you. This will give you the opportunity to pick-up without coming into contact with our building or the public. Please call to place your pick-up order at

• We are not restricting any delivery zones or specific locations at this time. We are continuing delivery to hospitals, private residences, businesses, universities, and all other normal locations.
Our Recommendations:
• We recommend that our customers consider standard home delivery and Touchless Home Delivery first. Delivery to public places and high traffic areas present potential complications with logistics and potential for infection.
• Order via phone if possible. This allows us to offer you the best possible service and the most current information.
• As in any public setting or situation with personal contact, please be respectful of our staff and premises. Limit your physical contact with others and high traffic surfaces. If you/the recipient are ill, it is your obligation to make the safest decisions for yourself/them and others in their community.
