Jaycee Lawrence, Catering Sales Manager at has been with the Bold team since August 2019. She has spent the last 20+ years in the hospitality industry in some form or fashion. At 16 she started bussing tables in her hometown of Des Allemands, LA. Jaycee eventually went on to graduate from the University of New Orleans with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Administration. She began her career with Hyatt Hotels, where her love for events ignited. “I truly enjoy what I do and where I work. The team at Bold are like family.” Her favorite part of her job is “making things happen!” She loves taking a client’s event needs, wants, and budget and creating something unique that works for them and their guests. “It’s like a fun puzzle! No two events are alike so finding something that works for each client is not only important to me, it’s also really enjoyable.”
