Anyone who shared time with chef Alexis and Leo know Rolo too. This morning Rolo was put to sleep in his home, being held in chef Alexis’ and Leo’s arms. Rolo will be missed tremendously by our friends, Brides and family who got to meet Rolo. He was undoubtedly Leo’s shadow. Even tho we are heartbroken and sad we still feel we did the right thing.
