I am a Georgia Peach, raised by northern parents, currently located in the suburbs outside of Atlanta. Art was always my first love, which ultimately focused my attention to photography. Happy Easter 🐰 this year I’m excited for my little one to actually participate in an egg hunt with his cousins, and the excuse to whip out his little overalls!

And just like that, it’s December.

The past month has been a blur. I’ve spent a lot of time with my family as we continue to navigate the unexpected loss of my dad, while still fulfilling commitments to my photography clients.

It’s been tough, but it’s been so valuable to use this time to reflect and appreciate the love and life I am surrounded by. The opportunities to create and capture beautiful moments for people have been truly so cathartic.

With that, I want to thank every one of you who have paid for a session, liked and commented on my posts, or referred my business to someone. You keep me going!

Meet little Ezra at 10 days old, dressed in the cutest Santa costume. He was the quietest, sleepiest little smoosh and he has so much hair already! I just couldn't wait to get this little sneak peek out while I continue working on a wedding gallery!

While it may be challenging to book a newborn session so close to your delivery date, it may be easier when it comes to achieving those sleepy pictures. My own little one was so alert after those first two weeks!

This sweet little girl had two separate sessions to celebrate her first year of life. This one was to celebrate her Korean heritage in honor of her recently passed grandmother. Her parents did a beautiful job in finding all the perfect details to represent this tradition called "Doljabi" at her grandmother's favorite park.

From what I understood, the baby is placed in front of various objects which symbolize certain fortunes with respect to the baby's life. The first item(s) the baby grabs represent their fortune!

Giving the little ones a chance to be silly and have fun in their own way throughout a session is a bargaining tactic I use often to make sure I get those sweet genuine smiles you want for your pictures.

This little man's eyes have been reportedly becoming brown after being blue since birth. Apparently a baby will be settled into their permanent eye color by nine months, but may continue to experience colors changes up until the age of 3!

This just proves that things can change in an instant, and you may not remember the shade of blue their eyes once were. It's so important to capture any memory you can, and there's no time like the present. Any stage of life is worth freezing in time.

I need to update my Instagram bio to "just posts pictures of her husband, like, all the time". Can't stop, won't stop.

When you do you couples session with me, don't be afraid to ask to get some individual shots of either of you! I keep my husband on my Lock Screen and I always get asked, "Oh! Who's THAT? He looks like a model". Trust me, it's worth it.

There is nothing more meaningful to me than natural connection between me and the people I work with.

Sometimes that just means being alumni from the same university as both the groom and all his groomsmen, and yelling, "Hail Southern!" to liven up portraits before the reception. To say the least, we had a blast!
