9 years ago my moms friend reached out to me and gave me my very first opportunity to cater and event and I had no previous experience! I bought all my equipment the day before and hired my brother my sister my neighbor to help me prep😂 Looking back on it, it was so unorganized and probably late. All the steaks were cooked damn near well done and I’m sure we were late! But I just want to say to everyone who’s watching if you have an idea and God is pulling your spirit in a certain direction take it!!! I’d never ever in my widest dreams think I would’ve done some of things I’ve done in the last 9 years. I just want to say to you all START NOW!! Don’t wait until later because you never know what’s in store for you
