Sometimes you have a "Caketastrophe" thankfully I always try and leave myself time to allow for the occasional cake wreck. I'm re-baking this one. Same recipe, same bake time and today it had crispy edges before the center was done. Rule 1. If I wouldn't eat it, I wouldn't serve it to a client. This one will either get trimmed up for cake balls or trashed depending on my mood. 😂

Just a few sneak peaks from our weekend. We almost had a rain out but there was a brief break in the clouds! Our staff dried off chairs with the help of a guest or two and the ceremony went ahead as planned. Congratulations to the new Mr. And Mrs. Dylan Jones!
