I think I’ve finally found the picture that says it all. This is where I belong Some journeys don’t begin with a first step…
they begin with the courage to follow what’s been calling you all along.

I followed my passion.

I gave myself permission to fully embrace who I had always been.
Caring for people has always been my calling.

Today, I just happen to do it through food

I get to do what I love—creating memorable experiences, teaching others, and serving every plate with heart.

I’ve worn many hats in my life.

But this one…

This feels like home.

Today’s creation: Grilled Sweet Potato Medallions layered with fresh mango salsa, black beans, sweet corn, pickled onions & jalapeños, feta, and my signature chipotle agave vinaigrette.

Sweet. Smoky. Fresh. A little heat. A little tang. Every ingredient has a purpose. Every bite tells the story.

This one is definitely earning a spot in cookbook #2!

Because around here… Everything tastes better from scratch.

A time was had!

Thank you to Fumana Wine Imports & House of Henkel Wine for an entertaining evening with exceptional South African wines, wonderful music and meaningful connections. It was an honor to celebrate this launch at The Guest House @ Graceland and represent My Secret Recipe PCS as we continue creating experiences rooted in timeless hospitality.

Congratulations on a sold-out event and the beginning of what I’m sure will become a wonderful tradition. Wishing you continued success as the House of Henkel Wine Society grows.

Here’s to new friendships, unforgettable moments, and many more glasses shared around the table.
