Every dollar raised at the Freedom Youth Yoga Gala directly supports bringing mindful movement and breathing practices to youth across Atlanta — especially in underserved communities where access to mental and emotional wellness tools is limited.

In 2025 alone, we partnered with 24 organizations and served summer camps across the city. The funds raised at this gala allow us to deepen that impact — and reach even more young people who deserve access to wellness, equity, and support.
