Hello Everyone,
We truly hope all is good at your homes and with your families.
It is with much sadness that we are announcing that the Baby Expo, it’s been cancelled. Due to the venue being so unstable on keeping the re-scheduled date of June 27 firm.
With all the coronavirus global situation affecting all scheduled expos for the Spring and Summer, we realize that the venue is trying to accommodate all their events.
We feel that is on everyone’s best interested to cancel the Baby Expo at this point, and not being subject to be reschedule at any time, without much advanced notice.
It takes a tremendous amount of time, effort, logistics, financing and planning every time there is a change on the date of an event.
Not only for us as organizers, but for all the families that would need to re-schedule their agendas, mobilization and make the arrangements all over again.
Refunds: We started the refund process yesterday. Many of you received and email from Eventbrite with a refund that is in process, if you purchased tickets for the event.
So far based on our reports, there is only 6 attendees pending to be refunded. Those that haven’t received the email, will do so this coming week.
We wish there was a way to provide at least our Mommy Goody Bag in the future to everyone that took the time and effort to registered, but due to the coronavirus global status and for the safety of the expecting MOMS and the new MOMS we cannot even continue with that program. We are heartbroken!
Again, we are very sorry that we are not able to host the Baby Expo this year and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your support and wish that you, your families and babies stay safe during these difficult times our country is facing.
