LOVE working with our brides to plan beautiful events! We especially enjoy talking food! The creativity of the culinary and catering teams we work with constantly blows me away! The menus they come up with are so imaginative and delicious that any foodie would swoon. But sometimes a couple just wants a good pig in the blanket! AND if you want that passed on a sterling silver tray at your black tie event by a server in a tuxedo...it shall be done!

It’s their Wedding Day! Kelly & Gannon will wed in Kelly’s childhood backyard today with 5 witnesses in attendance. We wish them every happiness as they begin their life together in this special, intimate way. We’re with you in spirit (& virtually!) today, and we will be ready for a big party on October 9, 2021! ✨

NRE has loaded the cars, dawned our wedding planner uniform (aka black dress and shoes made for walking) and dispersed across the southeast! Our first “normal” wedding weekend since March 7th! We are excited to celebrate with our client, see our friendors and just feel the joy we experience when we are doing what we love to do!!

Please read! The live events industry is made up of so many different businesses, large and small. Our industry continues to suffer and it will be a very long time before any type of "normal" returns. We are just asking to be at the table as decisions are made that impact our livelihood. We want to safely and responsibly get back to doing what we love!

The rally's organizers said more than half of Pennsylvania’s 584,000 events employees have lost their jobs, and many businesses are facing bankruptcy or closure.

Week 4 Design Challenge. Last week the NRE team enjoyed exploring inspiration for a feminine, vineyard wedding in blush and natural linen. This week we have been pushed a bit to create a classic yet contemporary design Once we wrapped our heads around the venue and color palette we came up with some great ideas.
Colors (choose 2) – Pinot Noir and Mixed Metals
Theme (choose 2) – Classic and Contemporary
Season: Winter
Venue – City Loft
Our design concept has been inspired by the juxtaposition of classic features against the backdrop of exposed brick, wooden beams, and industrialized pieces, with a scheme that embraces the attributes of both classic and contemporary design. We have enjoyed exploring how two seemingly different styles blend together for a cohesive design. We love a winter wedding that incorporates rich colors and beautiful florals while refusing to adopt a kitsch holiday feel. The saturated hues of pinot noir accented by metals, such as traditional brass candelabras, copper containers, and gold flatware at place settings fashion a rare palette. Texture is found in the industrial features of the venue, floral assembly, crystal chandeliers, and depression glass stemware. Features such as acrylic invitations or acrylic table assignment display lend a modern element that does not veer too far from classic design. When we began this week’s design we were not sure it would all fall into place but we were surprised by how much we love every piece of this design, and how incredibly malleable the concept could be. We are grateful to so many talented pros who have shared their designs and images on social media so we could borrow them for this challenge.
