If you’ve been following me for a while, then you know that my family loves charcuterie, so we had to try the viral charcuterie nachos! Here’s the easy recipe: 🧀

Ingredients:
Kettle Chips
Smoked Gouda
Pepperoni
Prosciutto
Garlic Olives
Fig Jam
Hot Honey
Arugala

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350. Spread kettle chips on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Top with shredded smoked Gouda cheese, pepperoni, prosciutto, and olives. Bake about 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Top with fig jam and arugala. Drizzle with hot honey and enjoy! 😋

Summertime is near! This almost summer simmer pot is the perfect way to welcome the new season into your home! Here’s the easy recipe: 💐

Ingredients:
Lemons Slices
Lime Slices
Fresh Rosemary
Fresh Floral Blooms
Essentials Oils (Lemongrass & Sweet Orange)

Instructions:
1. Fill a simmer pot half way with water. 2. Add all ingredients. 3. Simmer. 4. Enjoy! 🤗

If you’re hosting this season, here are two tips on how to chill bottled beverages in 15 minutes or less: ⏱️

Wrap the bottle in a damp paper towel. Place the bottle in the freezer for 15 minutes. Unwrap the bottle and enjoy! 🍷

Place the bottle in an ice bucket. Add ice and top with 4 tablespoons of kosher or fine sea salt over the ice. Mix with a spoon. Fill the bucket with cold water, wait about 15, and enjoy! 🧊

Creating a batch cocktail, such as sangria, is a great hack when hosting this spring and summer season! Guests can pour a glass and you can continue to mix and mingle without playing bartender all night. Here’s an easy recipe for a yummy white sangria:

Ingredients:
1 sliced Orange
1 sliced Lemon
1 sliced Lime
1 cup Diced Pineapples
1 cup Green Apple Slices
1 bottle Pinot Grigio
1 cup Pineapple Juice
1 cup Orange Liqueur
1 cup Sparkling Water

Instructions:
Add all fruit to a pitcher. Top with white wine, pineapple juice, orange liqueur, and sparkling water. Stir to mix all ingredients. Chill in the refrigerator until you’re ready to serve. Garnish with fruit and enjoy!
