Vendor Tip: The One Thing Planners Forget to Negotiate
If you're working with venues or suppliers regularly — don’t just ask for pricing. Ask for lead times, packaging terms, and event-day flexibility.
You’d be surprised how many “premium” vendors will knock off 10–15% or add in extras (like on-site delivery or event credits) when they know you’re bringing consistent business.
