Our owner Molly, doesn’t hide in an office or watch from sidelines…she jumps in the trenches and helps out when she can . She is not scared to get her hands dirty. Whether it’s washing dishes, picking up rental trucks or anything in between… she is the perfect example of a leader. Real leadership means showing up. There are not many business owners who would do the same as Molly… we are grateful that she is ours .

Today we celebrate one of our own! Happy 30th Birthday to our Operations Manager Peter! Peter handles all of our truck rentals, our equipment needs, and all of our staffing. He is an amazing asset to this company …hard to believe he started working for us when he was the little young age of 23 . We are so blessed to have Peter in our lives. Happy birthday you young whippersnapper! Enjoy your Tres Leches birthday cake!

Mitzvah Mayhem #2.. for Jonah #2! I don’t have all the pictures back yet, so here’s a sneak peek. Guests enjoyed tons of delicious passed apps, southern fried chicken station, an Italian vegetarian station, and a big bountiful salad station. To top the night off they had a southern dessert station complete with banana pudding shooters, southern pecan tarts, and homemade berry cobbler. To satisfy those late night munchies, warm pretzel bites with cheese sauce, and Krispy Kreme donuts . Special thanks to for trusting us with this special Mitzvah , to for bringing in the heat, and especially to for making everything look fabulous and mainly for trusting us with your grandsons mitzvah . It was a true honor .

It is always an honor to be part of someone’s celebration…. But when it is someone from the same industry you work in… someone you work with on a regular basis.. it is undoubtedly one of the BIGGEST honors we could ever have . What an honor it was for us to cater this very special and very beautiful baby shower today . We loved collaborating with our other partners…It was the perfect venue with the perfect host …beautiful florals and decor by our friends at and photo booth/music by of course . What a perfect day for a perfect celebration .
