These boys won’t last long! So come and get them. Smoked pork belly elote stuffed jalapeños, wrapped in bacon,dusted with our pork rub, and finished off with a nice coating of honey bourbon bbq sauce.

It’s been a fun and fast start to the Nicholson Daisy Festival. The pork belly elote poppers were a huge hit. Everything from smoked sausage plates to brisket burnt ends and some cool creativity with our build your own loaded potato’s. Back tomorrow 10-9.

Last round of briskets off the smoker, sliced, diced, and ready to go. We have a huge menu for you this weekend Nicholson including bringing our extremely popular Smoked Cuban back for a surprise appearance. You don’t want to miss this one. Double smoked ham, pulled pork smothered in our jalapeno honey bbq sauce, garlic dill pickles, melted Swiss, and mayo all toasted up on a Cuban roll. 4-9 tomorrow 10-9 Saturday!

We’ve got big plans for this juicy pork belly this weekend at the Nicholson Daisy Festival. In addition to crispy pork belly plates we’ll be serving up our new Elote Poppers. Pork belly mixed with Mexican street corn, stuffed into a jalapeño, wrapped in bacon, dusted with our pork rub, and basted in bbq sauce while smoking low and slow. Don’t miss out on these. Saturday only and will be limited.
