✨ FINAL REVEAL ✨

As y’all saw in the previous post, this setup came together during a winter storm ❄️ — but we made it happen!

For this wedding, we provided:
• Signature cocktail bar services
• Full tablescape for 25 guests
• Arch setup
• Helping Hands support

The color palette was emerald green, gold, and ivory, and everything came together beautifully — and most importantly, on time.

This was a destination wedding hosted at our partner venue , with the client and guests traveling all the way from Turkey 🇹🇷.
Despite the weather challenges, the client and guests loved it, and that’s what matters most.

This is exactly what we do — adjust, execute, and deliver so our clients can stay stress-free and fully enjoy their moment.

When weather tries it… we pivot 🤍❄️

This past weekend came with a winter storm warning, and yes — we still had a wedding to take care of.
A small, intimate ceremony with 25 guests, a beautiful couple, and a guest who traveled all the way from Turkey to make this day happen. Everything was already planned, flights were booked, and postponing just wasn’t an option.

So we did what we do best: found a stress-free solution.

The wedding took place in downtown Atlanta at our partner venue, , where we handled the bar setup. The original plan was a full bar basic package with a bartender — but with the weather being unpredictable, safety came first.

Here’s how we pivoted 👇🏽

• Switched to a self-serve bar option
• Created two signature cocktails
• Added wine, champagne, soft drinks, and water
• Eliminated the need for staff to travel during potential bad weather
• Still kept the experience elevated and intentional

We also partnered with Porsha
for Helping Hands services, assisting with the ceremony setup so everything flowed smoothly.

And honestly?
👉🏽 The decision worked out perfectly.
No weather issues.
No stress.
A beautiful, intimate wedding still happened.

This is exactly why flexibility, planning, and having the right team matters — especially during inclement weather.

Still on cloud nine! Yesterday started as a beautiful birthday celebration surrounded by family and friends and turned into one of the most unforgettable moments of my life. What I thought was just a celebration ended with the big question… and of course, I said YES to !!!!💍

It still feels so surreal !!!! I’m officially somebody’s fiancée! 🥹 I’m beyond happy, grateful, and full of love. Thank you, my love, for making my birthday one I’ll never forget. You did it right! I can’t wait to spend forever with you, grow together, and continue building our beautiful family.

You are everything I prayed for and more❤️ my best friend, my peace, and now my forever. ❤️
