⚪️Inquiries come in fast — so I use Zola’s “Hello” template feature to reply in seconds to couples searching for wedding planners! ✨TIP: Turn your saved responses into an “Initial Inquiry Reply,” complete with your investment guide. It keeps my inbox organized and ensures every couple receives a polished, consistent message. 💌

⚪️As a small business owner, reviews are everything — which is why Zola is my primary review management system! ⭐ TIP: After each wedding, you can send Zola review requests directly to your clients - whether that is through a direct link or sending them an invite to review. Add those reviews to your website or other platforms you use. You can even follow up easily without worrying about tracking each one. Total time-saver!

⚪️Zola also keeps my services, pricing, and potential client info organized and web-friendly. TIP: Use the client information Zola collects to build proposals faster and better understand your couples before the consultation. Wedding Season is back! For Her Weddings & Events LLC kicked off by coordinating Allenia & Devarus’ wedding celebration at The Factory Atlanta in Chamblee, GA!

After years of loosing communication, Allenia & Devarus reconnected later in their lives, and are finally united together as one! The ceremony and reception was filled with beautiful sage green, n**e, gold, and ivory colors to really help bring in a classy elegance to the celebration!
