Today's tea party was for a very special birthday lady, my Mom! We did our best for her and a few of her close friends. Gabriela and I were running around like chickens with their heads cut off the last 30 minutes, but it all came together nicely. One of her friends remarked that she had seen our photos online, but to experience was something else!

Not our usual post, but we want everyone to see that we do put a lot of effort into the table linens, napkins included. While we have given up ironing the tablecloths myself, we do the napkins, which can take hours if we don't stay on top of them. I did go thru a phase of intense linen purchasing and even now it's hard to resist but we currently have 200 linens to choose from.
