SilkBlume Atlanta will take our Cape Town subscription model and make the client side even simpler.
Atlanta clients will use the SilkBlume App to see the arrangements available for the month and choose the one they want in their space.
Payment will be handled through the App, and delivery will take place on the scheduled delivery day for the client’s area.

The following month, choose again.
Different flowers. No vase cleaning. No weekly replacement. No flower run.

The easiest place to spot a poor artificial flower is usually up close.
The colour is flat.
The petals are shiny.
The leaves look stiff.

Better artificial botanicals have much more detail now, and that gives our florists far more to work with.
For professional spaces, that matters because clients often walk right past the arrangement at reception.
It needs to hold up from across the room and close up.
That is part of the SilkBlume standard coming to Atlanta.

We are seeing a move away from very stiff, formal artificial arrangements toward something softer and more natural.
Creams. Muted pinks. Warm neutrals. Textured foliage. Flowers sitting at slightly different heights.
It is a look we like because it feels less manufactured and more collected.
For SilkBlume, that does not mean filling an arrangement with every trend we see.
It means taking the parts that work and using them with restraint.

Large professional spaces need botanicals that can hold their own in the room.
A small plant can disappear in a lobby or large reception area.
A well-scaled artificial tree, tall planter or architectural branch can do something very different — add height, soften a hard space and create a focal point without filling the room with clutter.
This larger-scale approach to artificial greenery is something we see becoming more important in commercial interiors.
It will form part of the broader botanical styling we are developing for SilkBlume Atlanta.

That is why an artificial arrangement can actually look less convincing when everything is perfectly straight and symmetrical.

The better stems now have texture, weight, movement and small irregularities that make them feel much closer to the real thing.
But the stem is only the starting point.
How it is shaped, spaced and combined with other botanicals is what makes the finished arrangement believable in a room.
