Hello friends! As many of you already know, my husband and I are super excited to be expecting our first kiddo, a baby girl, very soon.
To those who didn't know... surprise! This is why I've been super quiet around these parts while I've balanced pregnancy with business and making sure our client needs were met first.
While our original due date was mid-October, a recent diagnosis of cholestasis/ICP and the amount of doc appointments required to manage it (along with pretty intense symptoms) have moved up our delivery timeline pretty significantly. The good news is this disease is temporary/limited to pregnancy and should go away shortly after delivery.
🚨I'll now be starting maternity leave on Monday, September 4th 🚨(ironically, the "Labor" Day holiday).
We won't be taking on any more weddings for the remainder of 2023, but will still be taking inquiries via the Contact page of our website (link in bio) for January 2024 and beyond - we just ask for a little patience as we respond to those inquiries as quickly as we can while balancing new parenthood! We are so excited at the idea of helping more couples in 2024 so please don't hesitate to reach out 😁
