Recent events include support of a Special Operations military training exercise at Camp Blanding in Florida. Our catering team served 3,190 meals over a multi-day period.

Due to the nature of training, our meal prep and service times were not your usual meal times. Breakfast was at 3pm, lunch at 11pm and dinner at 5am. Sleep was minimal and logistical hurdles were plentiful, but the crew pictured here (plus a few behind the scenes) delivered!

Our Event Managers spent the morning going over important protocols, and took a look at a new buffet setup for a string of events coming up in May.
