You asked and we delivered. A double wedding day is now possible with our team of experienced coordinators.

So proud of our lead coordinator Sally Luo Sally Luo who was in charge of this wedding at TPC Sugarloaf Country Club TPC Sugarloaf Events | Duluth, GA while I was working another wedding that day.

From first look, couple portraits,ceremony, cake cutting, to send off, our lead coordinator worked with the photographer, videographer, musician, MC, officiant , florist, baker, photo booth operator and venue staff to ensure the timeline was adhered to and all setup was done according to the couple's wishes.

I still planned this wedding myself but was able to hand over the coordination to Sally who joined us for final walkthrough meeting and final planning session so that she could run the rehearsal and be the wedding day manager.

It is always heart warming to receive words like these from a client post wedding.

I always poured my heart into every wedding that I handled and I believe clients can feel the difference. I also believe it is a calling from God to be able to serve my clients on one of the most important days of their lifes and to walk with them through an important period of life as they prepare for marriage.

As we begin the preparation for a busy wedding weekend, I want to pause and say thank you to all the clients who trusted us with their wedding days and praise God for giving me this opportunity to serve!

No behind the scene photo from your wedding planner but I will share that I am making an effort to find time to relax in order to serve my clients better during this busy season.

This morning I intentionally began a busy work week with a relaxed atmosphere so here comes a piece of Pandan Cake , a cup of coffee and some event flowers courtesy of Summer Breeze Flowers & Gifts.

Since I need to return the bud vases on behalf of my out of town clients from last night, I might as well enjoy them, right? 😀

One of my favorite micro weddings was Angela and Clinton's celebration with 9 of their immediate family members at Epicurean Atlanta.

We inclueed a portrait session pre ceremony, and the wedding ceremony was officiated by my husband Kin-Phan Ng in Cantonese per request from the couple. We also incorporated a traditional Chinese tea ceremony during the reception where the couple honored their parents by presenting tea to them.

No matter the size of the guest list, we always strive to plan a wedding celebration that is meaningful for our clients based on their unique cultural backgrounds.

If you say yes to be a groomsmen in a Chinese wedding, you may need to be prepared to accept the challenges from the bridesmaid team on the wedding day.

Last month's Chinese-American wedding that we handled in North Carolina had a traditional door opening ceremony. One of the games involved a competition between the bridesmaid and groomsmen to see who can moved the most number of marbles using chopsticks.

We went to Charlotte, NC in April to coordinate this wedding for Liri and Jerry at .

This was our first time working in Charlotte but certainly not the last time as we already went back for another wedding last weekend!

Although we are based in Atlanta, GA, we do pack our bags if you want us to work elsewhere. It will involve a travel fee but we understand that having a wedding planner and coordinator who is bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English is important for a lot of our out of town clients.
