After much thought and reflection, we have made the difficult decision to close the doors of Island Chef Cafe.
This food truck has been more than a business — it has been our passion, our pride, and our way of bringing people together through food. From the long prep nights to the busy service windows, every plate was made with love, and every customer became part of our story.
To our loyal guests, supporters, friends, and family — thank you. Thank you for every order, every kind word, every repost, and every time you chose us. You helped turn a dream into reality, and for that we are forever grateful.
While this chapter is coming to an end, the journey doesn’t stop here. The lessons, relationships, and memories we’ve built will carry us into whatever comes next.
