Images from last weekend’s wedding project. Vanilla and chocolate sponge layers enrobed on silky purple buttercream and highlighted with complementary flowers to accentuate the theme. Wedding planner offered great feedback and I can’t wait to hear from bride.

From work station to tasting tents, the 2026 AF&WF proved to be a great experience. Had a chance to see how things are done and also enjoy the fruits of their labor. Some pretty dope dishes and drinks consumed at the event. Congratulations and best wishes to all who endured the weather, festival changes and more.

Prepping for reputed chefs like Eleazar Fuerte and Food Network legend Andrew Zimmern can be a little daunting for many . . Having confidence in your skillset eases the stress, creates opportunities to learn and experiences from which to grow. Reviewing items for Zimmern’s demo. 😉😀
