Y’all came hungry, and we loved every minute of serving you. We are so grateful for the support, the smiles, and everyone who stopped by to enjoy our Cajun food with us.

Our first event of 2026 will be the Cleveland Hot Slaw & Art Festival in Downtown Cleveland, TN on Saturday, April 11th from 12 PM – 7 PM!

We’ll be serving up:

What an incredible day at the Pumpkintown Festival! You kept us busy from start to finish and helped us SELL OUT of everything — that’s over 17 pounds of jambalaya served and a huge debut for our new Beignet Flights! 🙌💜

We’re so grateful for all the love and support you showed today. Seeing everyone enjoy our Cajun cookin’ and those sweet beignets made it all worth it.

We can’t wait to be back — until then, stay tuned right here to see where Jambalaya Joe’s Cajun Cookin’ is headed next!
