What an incredible Fourth of July! We had an amazing time celebrating our nation’s 250th birthday with this wonderful community while serving up our Cajun favorites.

Y’all completely sold us out of every single beignet order and showed so much love for our family recipe jambalaya! We can’t thank you enough for all the support, the smiles, and everyone who stopped by to visit.

Join us for the Soddy Daisy Independence Day Celebration on July 4th at Soddy Lake! We’ll be set up and serving all your Cajun favorites from 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM or until we sell out!

We’ve had a lot of new folks join us lately, so we wanted to take a moment to reintroduce ourselves to our new friends and followers!

We’re a small-town family business originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana — proud Cajuns who believe cooking is one of the best ways to show love to our friends, family, and community. While we’re proud to call Tennessee home, once we got here, we noticed East TN needed a little more Cajun goodness… so we stepped up to the plate to give our neighbors a taste of the good life!

Once again, y’all showed us just how much you love your Cajun cuisine, nearly selling us out of every item on the menu! We truly cannot put into words how much your support means to our family and business.

This month, Jambalaya Joe’s Cajun Cookin was honored to cater for the Hamilton County Health Department’s Regional Health Council meeting.

It was a privilege to serve such a dedicated group of professionals who are working together to strengthen our community and improve the health and well-being of the people they serve. We are grateful for the opportunity to be a small part of such an important gathering and appreciate the trust placed in us.
