I had the privilege of taking some photos for the Buckners back in the Summer. I haven’t been sharing a lot on social media lately, but I wanted to honor my sweet friend, Michael Stephanie Buckner today as we mourn the loss of a great woman gone way too soon.

I have worked with Stephanie, attended church with her, and captured her and her family’s memories for a few years now. I am a better person for knowing her. She was always smiling. The sweetest soul, who never spoke an ill word about anyone (even when it would have been easy to do). She was a servant. She cared for the kids of HMCA with so much love. She was the reason our chickens and plants survived. Stephanie loved the Lord so deeply. She was such an encouragement to me in so many seasons of life. She was an intentional friend. She loved Addie fiercely. And her and Michael had a love that most people will not get to experience in their lifetime. What a beautiful life they built together. Help me pray for this family as they navigate the loss of an amazing mom, wife and friend.
