In a little over a week, join us in the Fine Arts Theatre for Kate Hamill’s adaptation of Jane Austen’s masterpiece, “Sense and Sensibility!”⁣

In this fast-paced and irreverent adaptation of Austen’s beloved novel, the Dashwood sisters navigate love, heartbreak and the rigid expectations of Regency-era society after their family fortune is lost. As practical Elinor and passionate Marianne pursue romance in very different ways, Kate Hamill’s lively script blends sharp wit, theatrical invention and playful humor to bring Austen’s classic story to life for contemporary audiences while preserving the emotional stakes that readers have cherished for generations.⁣
