About this Event
Thank you for your interest in vending at the 3rd annual Battle of Athens Festival, a historical remembrance of overcoming our community's difference and bravery in the face of adversity. We celebrate our ability to come together as a great city and learn and grow for a bright future!
Detailed below you will find preliminary merchandise vendor requirements. Please read the information carefully before registering.
The deadline for merchandise vendor applications is 12 a.m. on Friday, July 16, 2023. All funds are non-refundable.
Please note that no alcohol, adult products, stimulant items, or drug paraphernalia are permitted for vending.
VENDOR FEES
Electricity may be available for purchase at $20 per booth. We need a minimum of 10 attendees purchasing electric to make this happen. Please plan accordingly in case electricity is not available. Food trucks must run on generators this year. The pavilion's electrical system cannot handle the overload and only has basic plug in type in the columns. Please select the ticket add- on for electricity in the options. In the event we do not receive the electricity relay, you will receive a refund for this portion of your payment.
Booths are for 10x10 tents and cost $90 per booth for the entire day. Food truck cost is $150.
We welcome all types of vendors but we will try to limit the amount of the same types of booths so that everyone has a fair chance to sell their wares and give variety to the event.
If you are putting up a tent, you will need to weight down the legs with at least a 25 lb weight on each one,
preferably 40. (A cinder block weighs 35 lbs) The goal is to prevent dangerous wind pickup and flyaway tents and items.

PRODUCT EXCLUSIVITY
We have made it a goal to ensure that we have as much variety as possible during this festival. We will only be
accepting one vendor per MLM company, and a maximum of 3 of other similar styles of booth. Example:
Only 3 candle makers or wax sellers, Only 3 children boutiques, only 3 ladies boutiques. We feel this gives everyone a fair chance to be seen and sell well.
