Calling the sauce makers, bakers, and mead makers! 🔈

Due to a malfunction with our bottling tank 2 years ago, we have a quantity of heavily pasteurized honey available for sale.

This is from our 2024 honey harvest - we were away for several days, and when we came home we found that the bottling tank had severely overheated. The honey is very dark and no longer raw, but the flavor is not substantially changed. The jar pictured here (next to a jar of 2025 honey for comparison) is liquid, but the remainder of what we have is crystallized.

If you are interested in buying a bulk quantity (2 gallon or 5 gallon buckets) please message our page directly to discuss pricing. We will not be selling this honey in smaller quantities.
