I may have not thrown a party, but I at least cooked myself a meal!
Sous vide and grilled T-bone, smothered in mushrooms and pears in a fig vinegar, wine, and cream reduction
Colcannon with garden kale and walla walla onions we grew and finished with sage
Artichokes stuffed with quinoa from the harvest, blistered cherry tomatoes from the vine with pineapple sage
Josh made a polenta cake with fresh pears and a earl grey oat cake both with sweetened yogurt, mulberry jam, and whipped cream
That’s how you do a harvest festival
