📢 SEPTEMBER FAIR BOARD MEETING – DATE CHANGE

The Clatsop County Fair Board’s September meeting has been rescheduled for Tuesday, September 8, 2026, instead of the regularly scheduled first Tuesday of the month.

🕔 5:00 PM – Work Session
🕕 6:00 PM – Regular Meeting
📍 Clatsop County Fair & Expo

The meeting was moved to September 8 due to a scheduling conflict with staff attending an Oregon Fairs Association event at the Oregon State Fair on September 1.

The public is welcome to attend both the work session and regular meeting.

🤠 VENDORS WANTED – CLASH OF THE COWBOYS! 🐂

We’re looking for retail vendors to join us for the 2026 Clash of the Cowboys – Bulls & Broncs Show at the Clatsop County Fair & Expo in Astoria, Oregon!

📅 Saturday, November 14, 2026
⏰ 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM
📍 Clatsop County Fair & Expo – Astoria, OR
💰 Retail Vendor Fee: $50

The excitement starts at 4:00 PM with FREE pre-show activities, including dummy roping, a mechanical bull, music, food and merchandise vendors, and beverage service.

The arena opens at 6:00 PM, with the Bulls & Broncs Show starting at 7:00 PM, featuring bull riding, ba****ck and saddle bronc riding, and barrel racing. 🐎

Following the rodeo, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy after-show activities, music, food, beverages, and vendors. Vendors are invited to stay open and continue participating after the rodeo, with activities concluding no later than 11:00 PM.

🤠 We’re looking for vendors offering Western merchandise, clothing, jewelry, handmade and artisan goods, crafts, gifts, and other unique retail products.

📣 Vendor applications are open through October 26, 2026, or earlier if vendor capacity is reached.
