The AES team is honored to produce the Aspen Snow Ball every year. This year’s 4th annual event raised $3.9 million for , supporting Pediatric Cancer research and family care!

Thomas Pierce, the Founder of COSF and visionary of this event, really knows how to throw a party! The theme was Charlie and the Chocolate Factory... “Pure Imagination”. The guest list, donors and sponsors were top notch. Everyone was dressed to the “11’s”. Entertainment and auction items on point, and decor immersed you into this world of giving, dreaming, care, hope, beauty and luxury. It was beyond!

Our last event of the season feels like what our beautiful bride Julie must have felt twirling in her stunning dress on her wedding day :-)

Whew, we did it! Major gratitude for all of our clients, colleagues, partners, family and friends for supporting us through our biggest season to date!

We can not wait to begin planning our holidays and 2026 gatherings… but first we will twirl, celebrate and rest.

Day 3 - “The Finale”:
Our client had a vision. It was nothing short of extraordinary. We worked together to create something out of nothing. I say that because it is like nothing anyone has seen before, and it was beyond amazing.

It took an incredible amount of talented people to make this one happen!

From the kinetic sculpture hanging from the Cathedral ceiling in the Sandone tent like a super modern disco ball... the light up tables with love notes engraved and lit from underneath... to the glowing (and very secure) “Ring” leaning over the DJ Booth feeling like it would fall on you any second, the floral installation and mirrored totems at entrance - everything exceeded our expectations.

The music was so important to this family, and Vikas kept everyone on the dance floor ALL NIGHT LONG. But of course we had a surprise 20 person orchestra come in and play with him for an hour performance. The lighting took it to a whole other level.

The food was abundant and delicious, the mirrored bars and bar carts roaming to the dance floor, so no one had to leave the dance party, was perfection.

It was a party we will never forget and are honored to have been able to plan and produce such a one of a kind masterpiece.

Day 2:
It was T H E C H I C E S T picnic!

Guest fashion was light summer dresses and linen pants. The air was filled with the smell of fresh vegetables, the finest meats grilled to perfection, and the sound of great music. Vibe was on point.

Food and drinks kept coming out all day long. From a grazing station on steroids, to proper lunch, then “late night” bites passed, and a pizza station - it was over the top!

Some fun amenities offered, to list a few:

- custom backgammon, tic tac toe and chess board tables
- branded corn hole
- hat decorating station
- bandana bar
- embroidery station with t-shirts, sweatshirts and baseball caps to brand
- action carved mango on a stick
- fresh coconuts cracked in front of you for refreshing hydration
- s’mores (of course)
- bloody mary bar
- soft serve ice cream cart
- fresh juice squeezed “a la minute”
- Oh, and we chaperoned 50 kids to Snowmass Adventure Camp before party to make sure their day was packed full of fun 🙂

They gathered, they danced, they made lasting memories together!

We can’t wait to show you the Grand Finale… “The Gala”.

Night one of a 3 day Epic Bat Mitzvah Weekend was what dreams are made of…

Guests traveled by gondola to the top of Ajax Mountain for the torah reading and service. It was followed by a piano performance by our extremely talented honoree. She was accompanied by instruments in this most magical setting.

Guests dined alfresco on a custom deck, and then came inside the Mountain Club for a full blown dance party. DJ, drums, late night food and drinks were flowing! Meanwhile, the hotels were dropping their personalized “recovery kits” for us in their rooms… for a fresh start the next day. Stay tuned for Day 2!

What a kickoff!
