Both of us are certified wedding planners with vast experience at planning and executing incredibly beautiful weddings here on our 108 private estate in Ashville that we also call home. o help other couples! The most typical question couples have on their mind is “How much?”. We have various options for different wedding budgets.

*****Most all venues offer one price for all size weddings. in other words if you are wanting a wedding of 50 people at other places you might be paying for a venue package for 150 people! Our full service weddings (not getting just a venue) start off at $3800 for a small tiny weekday wedding for 25 then goes to a weekday all inclusive wedding for $6500 and go up from there depending on the day of the week and the size of the total number of people. A weekend wedding typically with everything can range from about $10,600 ish to $15,000+ depending on what weekend day, how many guests, size of wedding party, etc. Our truly full service weddings have:
* Full day of professional wedding planning services
* Bridal Cottage and seperate venue dressing area.
* Custom styled curated table decor (We set it all up and take it down)
* Professional photography
* Personal Chef Catering for Fri and Sat weddings
* Floral bouquets (some weddings get more floral)
* Wedding Cake
* Beverage service (Tea and lemonade typically)
* We have our own music system installed so bring your playlist or work with one of our preferred DJ's. Our exciting fireworks are popular with our Friday and Saturday weddings! Our venue is called a "Private Estate Venue". The "venue" is part of property that includes our beautiful lake. For us it's home and it's long time family land with a tradition of hosting people. Our phone consultations are always informative and brides and their family take away great wedding planning knowledge and a better understanding of which way they may go.
