It’s been a while since I posted but like all of you, I’ve been busy. Hope all are well. With most holidays we tend to do a pot luck and I keep getting asked for my Cheesy Potatoes. Just asking for some comments about this simple dish with a lot of flavor. Would adding Cheesy Potatoes to my catering menu be a good thing?
