Family tradition:
For 12 years Chef Nate Meyer has made a theme meal every Christmas. This year is Polish Christmas. Check out our menu for Christmas 2025:

-Cabbage rolls (golabki z ryzem i miesem)
-Roast pork loin w/ beet and horseradish relish (Schab pieczony i cwikla z chrzanem)
-Pierogi z kartoflami i serem z kapusta i grzybami (cheese/potato, kraut/mushrooms)
-Kielbasa i kapusta z grzybami (kraut and mushrooms)
-mashed potatoes and gravy (kartofle tluczone i sos ruminant do mies)
-cucumber salad (Mizeria klasyczna)
