- Experience with scenic fabrication, carpentry, or set construction
- Proficient with hand and power tools
- Ability to read plans and build designs
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

Scenic Artist Requirements:
- Experience with scenic painting and faux finishes
- Ability to create realistic textures, aging, and weathering effects
- Strong color knowledge and attention to detail
- Ability to follow creative direction and reference images

Special Effects Artist Requirements:
- Experience with makeup, sculpting, mold making, or prosthetics
- Knowledge of latex, silicone, and casting materials
- Ability to create masks, props, and creature effects
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
