💍 We are excited to now welcome wedding ceremonies and receptions to the clubhouse in both our indoor and outdoor spaces. Conveniently located between Omaha and Lincoln, the clubhouse pairs natural beauty with thoughtful design. Full-service catering, flexible event spaces, and a dedicated planning team are available to ensure every detail is executed with care.

✨ The largest indoor space in the clubhouse, the Grand Oaks Ballroom, is situated on the far east side of the clubhouse overlooking the 18th green. The space is design with beauty and elegance in mind and features vaulted ceilings, simple but beautiful interior design, easy bar access, and entrances to the Grand Patio for seamless indoor and outdoor use. Grand Oaks also features large windows on 3/4 of the ballroom's walls to allow natural light in all hours of the day.

☀️ For outdoor ceremonies, cocktail hours, and extended reception space, the 5,000 square-foot terraced Grand Patio offers beautiful sunset views, bar access, firepit seating, and additional room for guests to mingle and celebrate.

Guests will enjoy thoughtfully crafted dishes that highlight simplicity and quality and beverages designed to complement - not compete with - each plate.

Whether you choose to unwind in the new Frank Lloyd Wright inspired dining area or take in the scenic views from the terraced patio, the 47B Bar invites you to explore a fresh take on American-classic cuisine. Oaks 1 | A 12-person conference room overlooking the Grand Patio.

Oaks 2 | This versatile space is well-suited for small banquets and meetings with its conferencing capabilities, two monitors, camera services, and access to a side patio.

Oaks 3 | Overlooking the 18th hole, this room is equipped for a medium-sized gathering and includes access to the Grand Patio.

Oaks 4 | Tucked in the back of the clubhouse is an additional conference room with a private patio and restroom.
Grand Oaks | When removing the dividing wall, Oaks 2 and 3 combine to an expansive grand banquet hall.

All rooms are complete with new and easy-to-use equipment for any audio and visual needs your gathering might require.
