Meal served for all that attempt to give blood. (children included—for the caretakers wanting to donate)

Please drink plenty of healthy fluids before and after donation. Please note: lately hemoglobin levels have been low in many of our donors. Please remember to eat your iron.

Donation Times can be set up by calling Michael Schatz 402297094three or by the red cross app on your device. To expediate the questionnaire, Please take advantage of the rapid pass feature on the app. Also, Please sign up early, The red cross assigns employees on the basis of people registered. The more registered, the more employees and the faster it goes. Thank you.
