Mill No. 3, LLC Mill No. 3, located on the Squam River in Ashland, New Hampshire, is full of history and memories for many locals. It is now a community gathering space !

Mill No. 3, LLC is a family friendly environment that is available for the following:
1. Private events (birthday parties, bridal/baby showers, anniversaries, weddings, etc.).
2. Time share business rental for people who don't need a 24/7 space (fitness instructors, direct selling business', instructors (fitness, art, crafts, etc.), photographers who need studio space, or anyone who needs a reg

ular meeting space. Our time share members have exclusive use of the mill building during their allotted hours! We currently have 3 time share members!
3. We are open to the idea of entrepreneur! Would you like to open a coffee shop? Restaurant? Art Studio? Or, other family and neighborhood friendly business! Bring us your ideas and we'll talk! We currently have an additional 3000 square feet that is currently not in use! Call for more information or for a tour!

✨ We can’t wait to see you tonight at the Holiday Market! The Mill 3 is looking magical and ready for all our amazing artisans to arrive.

⏱️ Doors open at 5 PM! Enjoy live music with , yummy food from , mocktails, live art, intuitive poetry, and lots of lovely local shopping.

🌧️ A little wind and rain are expected (along with warmer temps)—please drive and park safely. (We recommend good boots and a reusable plastic shopping bag!)
