Sound Bath withaesthetics
Michelle is a trained hands-on on Practitioner with Himilayan Hand Hammered Sound Bowls. She started training with her instruments in 2017 and continued to further her education by attending Atma Buti in Boldor, CO and trained directly under Founder Suren Shrestha himself. Not only is Michelle highly trained in her pratice but she's an extremely kind person who knows how to hold such a beautiful safe space to relax.

A PATH TO PEACE
Wednesday night meditations at BEAT FARM CO+OP in Ashland, OR.
Join me, Wednesday nights at 6:30 - 7:30 PM, for a mid week reset and a chance to tap into your inner peace. In this class, we will be coming together as a group to cultivate our personal meditation practice.

What should I expect?
I encourage those who are beginning a new practice, or perhaps looking to take their practice to the next level, to release their expectations. If I got a personal trainer because I want to train for an ultramarathon, but I expected to already be able to run that 100 miles in our first session - I’m probably going to leave disappointed and in a ton of pain.
Meditation, and the cultivation of peace, joy, and presence; it is a skill that takes consistent practice.
What should I bring with me?
If you can, bring a yoga mat or blanket and a cushion (whatever you need to be comfortable in your practice). If you don’t have any of those things, please contact me and we also have mats.

Rooting in and growing up nourished by the hip hop scene/house music and reggaeton on the East coast, Iridescence blends a palate, Root to Crown, from R&B to Ethereal soundscapes.
Iridescence conjures a goddess bass temple portal for you to explore.
Melting into this portal connects her audience to their inner divinity through rhythm, pulse and movement by bridging frequency from the ground beneath, up through the body, to open us up to the embrace of our inner prismatic Shakti flow.

Wednesday at 5 pm Flow Yoga
This flow class will begin with a grounding meditation to begin followed by warming up the body with sun salutations that focus on strengthening the foundation of your yoga practice, we end the class with a mindful meditation and relaxation. This yoga class is accessible to all levels from beginners to advanced yogis alike, first time yogis are welcomed to this class.
Jules hails from Southern California and currently immersed in the Southern Oregon community. She has been a longtime student of yoga and life, her teaching is focused on foundations with a gentle somatic approach. She has taught yoga classes for BIPOC bodies and teaches yoga workshops at Oregon Country Fair. In her free time she spends it with her furry companions outside deep in the forest.

We are so grateful to have your support of our new venue space &
So many amazing things coming like theatre and comedy shows. Flow arts. Our store will be open in the daytime soon with food and drinks and record player selection, games and drum circle for kids...and of course music. Blues, Jazz, Reggae, Conscious Hip Hop, DJs, Dub, Harpist, House, Singer Songwriter.
We also will be offering classes for the community.
