Well let's put a face to the company!!! Finally got some professional photos, not selfies.

Hi, I am Renae, and I am the owner and head planner, coordinator for Timeless Moments and Events LLC. I grew up in Western NC mostly south Asheville area.

By day I'm a pharmacy data analyst, and by pure joy and passion I'm a planner, coordinator and trying to get my business to take off. I started this journey in the wedding industry about 10 years ago as a catering server for large events and weddings, then I moved on to venue staff for a few local venues, but I wanted to be more involved and plan and put these beautiful dreamy days of weddings together so about 4 years ago I started shadowing some local planners, picking thier brains about the back-end work and then contracted to work and as assistant coordinator for a couple planners not local to my area but had a ton of events out here and needed someone who knew the area. I moved into more of a lead position with some of these companies and as I build I slowly am transitioning out of these companies. They are great, and I call them friends as I wouldn't be as brave to have started my own without thier guidance.

I have been in hospitality most of my career life, whether its server, bartender or event coordinator. I find peace and joy in seeing my clients and guests enjoy themselves and spend time with family and friends. My company is new yes, but I'm not new to the business. I have been a bride (diy) and I get the stress it can cause, so I focus on easing those worries and making sure I stick to my word of I will make it happen.
