After 25 + years in the hospitality industry-wearing many hats in food and beverage, and event management-I am thrilled to offer Venue and Restaurant Consultation Services.
From restaurant owner to private yacht club manager and many more hospitality focused tenures in between.
I must say, the most fun I had was the 7 wonderful years I worked at a premier event facility, we had a awesome team, I am still good friends with many of my former colleagues! I was a event facilitator and coordinator, sometimes coordinating up to 3 events a day. I also gave tours of our facilities as a part-time sales associate. I was also a sales manager for 2 years at a private club who offered 4 onsite event locations and a 6000 square foot event center, I really enjoyed helping my clients create their visions for their events and weddings.
I have worked behind the scenes where celebrations come to life! I have really enjoyed every moment! The hands on experience now fuels my consulting work, helping venues to grow bookings through guest-first hospitality.
Through my Hospitality Sells framework, I teach venues how to turn care into conversions-because hospitality is not just service, it is the most powerful sales strategy.
